Softura Inc. Joins Online Technologies Corporation’s Partner Program

ANN ARBOR, Michigan – January 04, 2006 – Online Technologies Corporation and Novi, MI-based Softura Inc. announce the enrollment of Softura into Online Technologies Corporation’s Business Partner Program. By joining the OTC Business Partner Program, Softura will have preferential access to sales and technical support staff and benefit by being among the select community of technology-based partners that OTC’s partnership program has assembled. As part of the agreement, Softura Inc. will be allowed to brand Online Technologies’ proprietary sales and marketing materials and resell OTC’s products and services to their clients.
