Online Technologies Corporation Adds Dominant Systems Corporation to Its Partner Program

Both Companies to Benefit from Partnership

ANN ARBOR, Michigan – February 01, 2006 – Online Technologies Corporation and Ann Arbor-based Dominant Systems Corporation announce the enrollment of Dominant Systems into Online Technologies Corporation’s Business Partner Program. By joining the OTC Business Partner Program, Dominant Systems will have preferential access to sales and technical support staff, and benefit by being among the select community of technology-based partners that OTC’s partnership program has assembled. As part of the agreement, Dominant Systems will be allowed to brand Online Technologies’ proprietary sales and marketing materials and resell OTC’s products and services to their clients.

“OTC’s Partner Program helps developers and consulting businesses, such as Dominant Systems, gain access to a broader community and network and to extend their product and service offerings to their existing clients on a need-by-need basis,” said Ty Myers, vice president at Online Technologies Corporation. “We believe in the strength of building communities on the Internet and we know that by building our own community of like-minded technology businesses we will all benefit from the synergies and reciprocal nature. The team at Dominant Systems is a perfect fit.”

“Dominant Systems provides sales, support, and maintenance of computer network systems and e-commerce solutions whereas OTC provides Internet strategies and a full complement of Internet infrastructure solutions,” said Terry Weadock, President of Dominant Systems. “We chose to develop a relationship with OTC because we knew their facility and their expertise matched well with our own and gives us an opportunity to provide additional services to our customers. We can now confidently offer a wider variety of technology solutions. The reciprocal nature of the Partner Program will benefit both of our companies.”
