Online Technologies Corporation Adds IBS to Its Partner Program

Program Will Benefit Both Companies

ANN ARBOR, Michigan – February 14, 2006 – Online Technologies Corporation and Chicago-based Interactive Business Systems, Inc. (IBS) announce the enrollment of IBS, into Online Technologies Corporation’s Business Partner Program. By joining the Online Technologies Corporation Business Partner Program, IBS will receive preferential access to sales and technical support staff and benefit by being among a select community of technology-based partners that OTC’s partnership program has assembled. As part of the agreement, IBS will be allowed to brand Online Technologies' proprietary sales and marketing materials and resell Online Technologies' products and services to their clients.

“OTC’s Partner Program helps developers and consulting businesses, such as IBS, gain access to a broader community and network and to extend their product and service offerings to their existing clients on a need-by-need basis,” said Ty Myers, vice president at Online Technologies. “We believe in the strength of building communities on the Internet, and we know that by building our own community of like-minded technology businesses we will all benefit from the synergies and reciprocal nature. The team at IBS is a perfect fit.”

“IBS provides custom IT solutions, development and strategic technology staffing whereas OTC provides Internet strategies and a full complement of Internet infrastructure solutions,” said John Larson, president and COO of IBS. “We chose to develop a relationship with OTC because we knew their facility and their expertise matched the growing needs of our clients and gives us an opportunity to provide them additional services. We can now confidently offer a wider variety of technology solutions. The reciprocal nature of the Partner Program will benefit both of our companies.”
